Live web platform
The Winnability Engine.
Scores which grants you can actually win by joining Grants.gov listings with federal award history and IRS 990 foundation data. Every result comes with the receipts attached.

The problem, and how MCGrantz handles it.
Grant search is a solved problem and it has not helped anybody. You can already get a list of every open opportunity in about four seconds. What you cannot get is an honest answer to the only question that matters, which is whether an organization like yours has ever won this.
MCGrantz answers that. It pulls the award history for each program and shows you who won it before, how much they got, and what kind of organization they were. When past winners are all research universities and you are a small community nonprofit, it tells you so in plain language instead of letting you spend three weeks finding out.
Add your EIN and it scores award sizes against your actual budget from your IRS 990, because a two million dollar award is not a fit for a two hundred thousand dollar organization.
Three steps, in the order that matters.
MCGrantz will tell you a program is a long shot. It scores against reality rather than selling optimism, and the writing tools will not invent outcomes, partners, or past performance that you do not have.
It goes where your team already works.
A grant you never see is a grant you never win. MCGrantz pushes deadlines and saved opportunities into the tools you have open anyway, and takes your existing documents in from wherever they already live.

Said plainly, in keeping with the rule above: the CRM connections are an export in each product’s native import format, not a live two-way sync. That is still more than most grant tools offer, and you should know which one you are buying before you buy it.

MCGrantz, from the first click to the thing you sell
Type an EIN. It pulls the IRS profile, works out what that organisation is actually eligible for, and scores every federal programme by whether organisations like them have really won it. Takes about two minutes.
- Open the homepagegrants.millennialscreatives.com. The box is the first thing on the page.
- Enter an EINOr press one of the sample buttons if the prospect does not want to give theirs on a call.
- Press “Show me what I can win”No account, no card.
- Read the eligibility panelIt names the entity type and marks each funding channel open, conditional or closed, with the reason.
- Point at the closed rowTelling somebody what they cannot win is the thing competitors never do, and it is what makes the open rows believable.
- Show the award receiptsEvery score traces to who won that programme before and for how much.
What comes back

What people buy instead, and what happens when they do
| The alternative | What it actually gets you | What we do instead |
|---|---|---|
| Candid, Instrumentl and Quillify | Three separate subscriptions at roughly $893 a month combined at their own published prices. | $79 a month for Pro, and the scoring, eligibility check and first full application draft are free with no card. |
| Keyword grant databases | Match words in a description. Every result looks equally winnable, which is why people waste months on programmes they were never eligible for. | Scored on who actually won it before and whether those winners resemble you, with the award history attached. |
| Grant writers | $75 to $150 an hour, or a percentage of the award. | Flat subscription. We take nothing out of what you win. |
Our guarantee. Scoring, the eligibility check and one complete application draft are free, with no card. If we cannot find you grants you are actually eligible for, you do not pay.
What this is priced against: Candid, Instrumentl and Quillify sold separately come to roughly $893 a month at their own published prices. Pro is $79. A grant writer bills $75 to $150 an hour, or takes a percentage of what you win. We take none of your award.
