Pre-seed, open
Four people. Thirteen shipped products. No outside capital yet.
Every product on this page was designed, built, paid for and launched by the same four people, out of our own pockets, while running a services business that paid for it. You can open all thirteen right now without talking to us. That is the thing we would like you to check first, because it is the whole argument.
What you are looking at.
Software products, live
Ten we own and operate, three built for institutions that asked. Every one of them is reachable from our work page and runs today.
In the App Store and Google Play
BarterThat, HumxnMed, FinesseKey and FinesseEdge, all published under Millennials Creatives LLC. Searchable in both stores under our name.
People, no outsourcing
AI and engineering, clinical and health, business and growth, public health and safety. The people who design it are the people who ship it.
Raised to date
Everything above was funded by services revenue and personal money. This is the first outside round we have opened.
Five things that are unusual, and checkable.
1. The build rate is the asset.
Thirteen shipped products from four people with no outside money is not a normal pre-seed position. Most rounds at this stage fund the attempt to ship one thing. We are asking you to fund distribution for things that already exist, which is a different risk entirely. You can verify the claim in about five minutes by opening them.
2. The products sit in markets with statutory deadlines.
MCProof (Section 508 and ADA), MCStanding (the California DELETE Act), MCInvent (trademark registrability), MCGrantz (federal grants) and FinesseWins (federal contracting) all serve obligations somebody has by law, on a date. That spend does not get cut in a bad quarter the way brand spend does, and the deadline does the selling.
3. Institutions came to us, not the other way round.
Veritranche and MCSignal exist because people inside banking asked for them, and ThromboLedger exists because a physician inventor did. The pilot pricing is published on each of those pages rather than held back, so you can see what we are actually asking an institution to sign. Those are evaluation builds, not signed contracts, and we will tell you exactly where each one stands.
4. The unglamorous infrastructure is already in place.
Active SAM registration with CAGE 18ZQ0 and UEI WBGAAWMD3YE5, BBB accredited, four published App Store and Play listings, a 501(c)(3) we run ourselves, and accessibility practice applied to our own properties before we sell it. None of that is impressive on its own. All of it takes months, and it is done.
5. Services fund the software.
The fixed-price engagements on the offers page are cash generating and sold at a published number with a written guarantee against a date. They pay for build time on the products, which is how thirteen of them got shipped without a round.
The parts we would rather you hear from us.
We are early on revenue. The products are live and the checkout works. The constraint is distribution, not the build, and we will show you the real numbers rather than a chart with no axis labels.
Three of the thirteen are demos, and they say so. Veritranche and ThromboLedger publish guided demos with simulated workflows. We label them on the product itself, because an investor who finds that out later is right to discount everything else we said.
We have not raised before. No bridge to clean up, no prior terms to work around, and no experience running a round either. We would rather say that than pretend otherwise.
Raising a $2M pre-seed.
What it buys, in the order we would spend it.
Terms, cap table, financial model and the full diligence pack are available under NDA. Ask and we will send them the same day.
What you can check without asking us.
Ask for the numbers.
Email gets you the deck, the model and the diligence memo. A call gets you a walkthrough of whichever product you care about, driven by the person who built it.
