How We Work

Millennials Creatives is a remote-first studio. Our founding team works across locations, collaborates through regular virtual sessions, and gathers for periodic in-person working meetings in Phoenix, Arizona.

Flexibility, with a rhythm

We work flexible schedules around a shared accountability rhythm: weekly commitments, weekly numbers, and honest communication when something is blocked. We care about what ships, not where you sat when you shipped it.

Contract and contingent roles

Some engagements, including contract-contingent professional roles supporting our government work, carry their own location or on-site requirements. Those requirements are stated on each specific posting or agreement.

We are a small business. We keep the team small and senior, invite honest feedback on everything we make, and hold one rule above the rest: the people who win the work are the people who do it.
