Release startup funding with confidence, without the callback chain.
Veritranche coordinates everything around a funding release: conditions with evidence, a checked receiving account, approvals signed for the exact amount and account, one bank instruction, and confirmation that the founder can use the money. It never holds or moves money. Your bank does that. The live app is a simulation; in a pilot, account checks, signatures and receipts come from your bank's sources and passkeys.

The slow part of funding is the part around the transfer.
Before venture money moves, someone has to prove the closing conditions are met, confirm the receiving account really belongs to the startup, and collect sign-off from every approver. Often that runs on email threads and callback chains, and a convincing voice, video or spoofed email can try to redirect the payment.
Veritranche turns that into one case. Each condition carries its evidence. Each approval is a signature from the approver's own device covering this exact amount, account and version, so a changed account or a convincing caller can't reuse it. If payment details change, the case freezes until a named key holder reviews it.
After it's sent, Veritranche keeps going. It records a silent bank as unknown instead of guessing, refuses a second send, shows international wires bank to bank where your bank provides tracking data, and never tells the founder the money arrived until the receiving side confirms it is usable.
Three steps, in the order that matters.
Built for venture money, not generic payments.
Payee checks and device signing exist elsewhere, and Veritranche works alongside them. These are the parts we focus on for venture funding.
What it would connect to.
None of these are built yet, and the names are examples; no partnership is implied. Today the app is a working simulation. In a pilot we connect in your test environment first, read-only before anything else, and your bank keeps every payment and screening decision.

- Payment status updates
- The bank's own approvals and sanctions screening, unchanged

- Single sign-on with Okta or Microsoft Entra ID
Evidence and notices

Account verification
- US account-ownership services, such as Early Warning or J.P. Morgan Kinexys Confirm

- In return, if the measure is met: a short case study and permission to name you as a reference
One release flow.
- Up to 50 releases a month

Veritranche never holds, moves or releases money on its own, and it doesn't replace your bank's screening or approvals. The live app is a simulation: every person, company, account and bank response in it is fictional. It is not legal advice, and a live pilot needs your bank's approval and a review of each party's role.
See it work on your own process.
Answer a short setup and we configure the demo around how your team releases funding today. Free, and you don't need to share account numbers or customer data.
