Veritranche Demo Terms

These terms cover your use of the Veritranche demo, the live app and the setup pages. They add to our general terms.
It's a simulation
The Veritranche app is a working simulation for evaluation. It doesn't connect to any bank, doesn't move money, and every person, company, account, signature and bank response in it is fictional. Don't rely on it for any real payment, legal or compliance decision.
Evaluation only
You may view and use the demo to evaluate Veritranche for your organization. Viewing or using it doesn't grant you a license to the software or any ownership of it.
Our software stays ours
Veritranche, including its design, code and content, is owned by Millennials Creatives LLC. Please don't copy, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape or reuse it, or build a competing product from it.
Your information
Don't enter account numbers, credentials or confidential customer data. What you send through the setup form is handled as described in the Veritranche privacy notice.
Names and colors
The app can show a company's colors for a prepared demo. That doesn't mean Veritranche is affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by that company. Company names are their owners' trademarks.
No warranty
The demo is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Millennials Creatives isn't liable for any loss arising from use of the demo.
Pilots and licenses
Any pilot or license is governed by a separate signed agreement, which takes priority over these terms.
