Veritranche Privacy Notice

This notice covers Veritranche, the funding-release software built by Millennials Creatives LLC ("we"). It adds to our general privacy policy and explains exactly what Veritranche handles today.

The short version

• The live app is a simulation. It runs in your browser and stores nothing on our servers. Every person, company, account and bank response in it is fictional.
• The only real information we collect is what you choose to type into the Veritranche setup form, and only when you press Send.
• We never ask for account numbers, credentials or customer data, and the form asks you not to include them.
• We never hold, move or have access to anyone's money.

What we collect

• Setup answers: your organization's name and your answers about how your team releases funding, plus any notes you add. Answers stay in your browser until you press Send.
• Engagement notes: our team's notes about the conversation (stage, next step, owner).
• Basic web logs: our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address and browser type.

We don't use analytics or tracking scripts on Veritranche, and no AI model receives your answers. The flags in the app are rule-based and run in your browser.

Who can see it

• Finesse Humxn and Jeff Pallesen see everything you send.
• Our security lead sees your process answers but not budget, pricing, timeline, vendor-review or signer answers. Those are removed on the server before they reach the team view.
• Access uses long random keys held only in our hosting provider's settings. We don't sell or share your information.

Services that touch your information

• Netlify hosts the app and the setup form and stores setup answers.
• GitHub stores our source code (no client data).
• Microsoft 365 handles our email.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts your browser loads.

We'll tell you before adding any new service that would handle your information.

How long we keep it

We keep setup answers and engagement notes while we're working together and delete them 12 months after the last activity, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

Your choices

• Deletion: email finesse@millennialscreatives.com and we'll delete your information within 30 days and confirm in writing.
• Access or correction: ask at the same address.

If something goes wrong

If we confirm an incident that affects your information, we'll notify you within 24 hours, or sooner if your agreement requires it, with what happened, what was affected and what we've done.

Pilots

A pilot runs in your own test environment with synthetic or test data. We don't copy pilot data to our systems without your written approval, and the pilot agreement's data terms govern it.
