Delivery

Digital products and course access are delivered immediately after purchase through your confirmation page. If anything fails to arrive, email contact@millennialscreatives.com and we resolve it the same business day.

Refunds on courses and digital products

If a course or digital product is not what you expected, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. We only ask that you tell us what missed the mark, honest feedback makes the products better.

Services

Refund terms for design, development, and consulting services are set in each project agreement, since scope and deposits vary by engagement.

How refunds arrive

Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
