The Millennials Creatives Inclusion Pledge
Adopted by the founding board of Millennials Creatives LLC, July 2026. Reviewed annually at a numbered board meeting. This is not a marketing statement; it is a standing commitment we hold ourselves to publicly.
1. We stay registered, verified, and current
We are a small business, verified through federal and state processes rather than self-declared. We commit to maintaining these certifications in good standing, renewing on time, every time.
2. We build accessible by default
Every digital product we ship is developed toward Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA standards, whether the client requires it or not. Inclusion that only appears when a contract demands it is not inclusion, it is compliance. We treat accessibility as craft.
3. We open doors the way doors were opened for us
Our contract and contingent roles are posted publicly and evaluated on qualifications and licenses, not pedigree. We commit to building professional benches that reach across backgrounds and locations, so government and commercial opportunities flow to capable people who are too often outside the room.
4. We extend the table when we lead
When Millennials Creatives serves as a prime contractor, we commit to seeking small businesses as subcontractors and naming them in our proposals, the same inclusion we ask primes to extend to us.
5. We pay clearly and consistently
As our payroll and contractor payment systems come online, we commit to clear, written pay policies applied consistently, with terms communicated up front, because ambiguity in pay falls hardest on the people with the least leverage.
6. We keep this pledge honest
This pledge is reviewed annually by the full founding board, amended only at a numbered meeting, and versioned publicly with its adoption date. If we fall short, we say so and fix it.
