You’ll receive a proper introduction and real hands-on experience to agency life, and side-by-side mentorship with industry veterans. We see internships as a two-way street. We get fresh ideas; you get a sneak peek into the creative industry, learning and creating every day.
Internship Opportunities:

Requirements:
- Must have some skill (we aren’t teaching photoshop)
- 3-month program (some exceptions allowed)
- Serious interns only (treat it serious, and we’ll treat you serious)
Your Journey:
DAY 1 – Orientation: Intro to Millenials Creatives, agency life, and the program
DAY 2 – Training: We’ll teach you the essentials (and some secrets)
DAY 3 & On – Active Participation: Create, attend meetings, and learn from your mentor.
Completion & Presentation: Reflect, showcase, and get feedback on your work.
Your Challenge:
Produce daily content.
Aim for your content to be selected for posting.
Be consistent and committed.
Present your experience and learnings at the end.
